Safety Requirements

In order to allow for the safest experience for all participants, the following Safety Requirements must be met prior to commencing any SoCal Atlas Off-Road tour:

-All participants must be 13 years of age or older and at least 60 inches tall (5 feet).

-All participants must be able to enter/buckle-in/exit the Atlas ATV under their own power and abilities. 

-Anyone who is pregnant, known to be pregnant, or may be pregnant is not allowed to participate in any SoCal Atlas Off-Road tour. 

-All potential drivers must possess a valid Driver's License and (at a minimum) their own Personal Liability Insurance.

 

For anyone/group who does not meet the following requirements, a waiver may be granted on a case by case basis. Participants assume full liability and responsibility for any mishaps/accidents that may occur during any SoCal Atlas Off-Road or On-Road tour upon signing of any waiver and/or payment of tour. 

SoCal Atlas will not be liable for any personal injury or loss for anyone/group that wishes to waive any safety requirements for their tour. Signed waivers are required for any waived Safety Requirements.
